"Military support was kind of hit or miss..."
They did help a couple times, so I’ll give them that. But the replies usually took a while, and sometimes I was just sitting there waiting like... not sure what was going on.
"I had a really solid experience..."
I had a really solid experience with snhu career services. I’m particular about getting useful, straightforward advice, and they actually delivered. They helped clean up my resume in a way that felt practical, not overdone, and gave me interview tips I could actually use. I also appreciated that they never made me feel silly for asking basic questions. The whole process felt comfortable, and by the end I felt a lot more confident applying for jobs.

"I’ve taken a few classes at SNHU now..."
I’ve taken a few classes at SNHU now, the grading has been fair for the most part. Like, the rubrics are usually there and detailed, and most instructors seem to follow them closely enough, so you kind of know what they’re looking for.
That being said, the feedback can feel a little all over the place sometimes, depending on who your professor is. I had one class where I lost points for something that, in another class, the instructor basically said was totally fine, so yeah, that was kind of frustrating.
Overall, though, it’s not a bad experience. It just feels a bit inconsistent here and there. If you actually read the rubric, ask questions early, and don’t wait until the last minute, you’ll probably be okay.
"I chose SNHU partly because the tuition..."
I chose SNHU partly because the tuition looked more affordable than a lot of other schools I was checking out. it’s not bad, especially for online classes. But yeah, once you start adding in fees, books, and all the little extras, it definitely adds up. Financial aid helped me out, which I’m grateful for, but I still have to keep an eye on my budget. Overall, I’d say it’s a fair price, just not quite as cheap as I first expected.
"Transfer credits took longer than I thought"
I transferred to SNHU and the credit process was okay. Not awful. Just slower than I expected. Some classes got approved fast. Others sat there. Needed extra review.
My advisor was nice and did respond to emails. So that helped. But I still had to follow up a few times. Just to understand what was going on. Sometimes it felt like I got slightly different answers from different people.
Most of my credits did transfer in the end. So that was a relief. I just wish the whole thing was clearer from the beginning. Less guessing. Less waiting
"Worth it for grad school, in my experience"
For me, the grad classes felt affordable, and I really liked that I could pay per term. It wasn’t a perfect experience by any means, but personally, I thought the value was really solid

"Works great with my busy schedule"
My weeks can get packed with work, but these classes fit in without any hassle. It’s been easy to keep up, and I like that I don’t have to rearrange my whole life to make it work

"The admin side was honestly a bit slow"
They were helpful overall, but wow, the paperwork dragged on longer than I expected. I get that admin stuff takes time, but it was still kind of frustrating having to wait around and follow up when I thought things would move faster.

"Billing felt straightforward and honest"
I was a little nervous about the tuition and billing side of things, but SNHU has made it easy to understand. My gut told me to keep an eye on the details, and everything has been clearly laid out so far. I can see what’s been charged, what’s been paid, and what’s still due without digging around. No weird surprises, which I definitely appreciate.

"Advisor was genuinely helpful"
My advisor was actually super helpful and made picking classes way quicker than I expected. The whole stress of figuring it out on my own felt avoidable once they walked me through it.

"Easy admissions, but I’m a bit less trusting now"
The admissions part was smooth and quick, and it didn’t feel stressful at the time. That said, a few things afterward weren’t as clear as I expected, which made me start questioning how much I could really rely on the process...

"Seems legit, but I’m still a little torn"
My SNHU degree has been fine overall. It’s accredited, and my employer never made a big deal about it or questioned it. That said, I’ve definitely run into people who get kind of weird when they hear it was online, which is frustrating. I feel like it really depends on your industry, how you talk about your experience, and maybe even who’s interviewing you. It’s not bad, but it’s also not like... compared to a more traditional school, I guess I’m still not totally sure how people see it.

"Support is decent, just slow sometimes"
My classes have been good overall, like i said, no big complaints there. The only thing is student support can be a little hit or miss. Sometimes they get back to me quickly and actually help, but other times I’m waiting a few days or getting bounced around to different people. Like i said, it’s not terrible, I just wish the replies were clearer and faster when you really need an answer.

"Financial aid help felt impersonal"
They did end up helping me with my financial aid questions, but it took longer than I expected to hear back. The most frustrating part was that it felt like there wasn’t any real human contact, just waiting around and getting generic responses. It was okay overall, but I wish it had felt more personal.

"The accreditation gave me some peace of mind"
I was a little nervous about doing school online, but once I looked into SNHU’s accreditation, I felt a lot better. It was easy to verify, and I liked that the info matched up with the emails and paperwork I got from them. It made me feel more confident that the degree would actually be recognized and worth the time. Overall, that part definitely helped me feel more comfortable moving forward

"Graduation process was easier than I expected"
I just wrapped up my graduation process with SNHU, it went smoothly. The steps were easy enough to follow, the emails showed up when they were supposed to, and I never really felt confused or left guessing, which was a relief. I did have one quick question, and support got back to me fast. Overall, I’m really happy with how everything finished up. That’s pretty much how it’s supposed to go, right?

"Some of the classes had solid readings..."
Some of the classes had solid readings and I did learn a few useful things, but a few sections felt outdated and kind of repetitive. It wasn’t a bad course overall, but I really wish there had been more practical, real-world material. If students are paying for the course, the content should be reviewed and updated regularly, and the instructors should be held accountable for making sure it actually feels current and useful

"My experience with the community has been..."
My experience with the community has been kind of mixed, some groups are really active and easy to jump into, while others feel quiet — almost like there’s not much going on

"Pretty easy to use, with a few slow moments"
I’ve been using snhu.edu for my online classes, and overall it’s been straightforward, thankfully. Assignments, grades, discussions, and messages are all where you’d expect them to be, which I appreciate because I’m not exactly trying to spend half my day figuring out a school website. I’m not super techy, but I haven’t felt lost using it.
The only thing that gets a little irritating is that some pages take a moment to load, which is not the end of the world, but still mildly annoying when you’re just trying to check one thing and move on. That said, I do like being able to use it from my laptop or phone and keep track of deadlines without having to dig through a bunch of random menus

"Surprisingly clear communication so far"
I’ll be honest, I was kind of expecting the communication with SNHU to be a little messy, but so far it’s been straightforward. The emails are clear enough, not packed with a bunch of extra stuff, and most of the time I can figure out what I’m supposed to do next without having to dig around.
My advisor has also been quicker to respond than I thought they’d be, and they explain things in a way that actually makes sense. I’m still waiting to see how it goes once classes get busier, but for now, deadlines and class info haven’t felt nearly as confusing as I expected.
